How Froach™ Pods work

1. Oil the inner edge (as shown), do not oil the edge that touches the pan or the pan itself.

2. Place in a preheated, non-stick pan and crack egg in hole.

3. Gradually add 3-5tbsp of water to reservoir 1tbsp at a time*.

4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
