Details

Diesen eleganten, edelstahlverkleideten Behälter für Lebensmittelabfälle werden Sie nicht verstecken wollen. Er verfügt über eine breite Öffnung und einen herausnehmbaren Inneneimer, der das Entleeren zum Kinderspiel macht. Außerdem ist er mit einem effektiven, belüfteten Geruchsfilter ausgestattet, der unangenehme Gerüche beseitigt. Unter dem Inneneimer ist Platz für eine Packung kompostierbarer Joseph Joseph IW2 Müllbeutel (separat erhältlich). 

  • Der herausnehmbare Inneneimer macht das Entfernen des Abfalls zu einem Kinderspiel.
  • Der Bügelverschlussdeckel hat einen cleveren Belüftungsfilter, der unerwünschte Feuchtigkeit und Gerüche reduziert.
  • Das Design ist abgewinkelt und hat eine breite Öffnung, um das Befüllen des Behälters so einfach wie möglich zu machen.
  • Stauraum unter dem Inneneimer zur Aufbewahrung einer Packung Joseph Joseph IW2 passgenauer, kompostierbarer Müllsäcke.
  • Leicht zu reinigendes, strapazierfähiges und elegantes Edelstahl-Finish.

Einzelheiten

Pflege- und Gebrauchshinweise:

  • Hauptgehäuse und Deckel: mit einem in warmem Wasser und mildem Reinigungsmittel getränkten weichen Tuch reinigen und mit einem weichen Tuch abtrocknen. Verwenden Sie keine scheuernden Tücher oder starke chemische Reinigungsmittel. 
  • Eimer: mit heißem Seifenwasser reinigen. Um unangenehme Gerüche zu entfernen, können Sie auch eine Lösung aus Backpulver und Wasser verwenden. Trocknen wischen, bevor Sie ihn wieder in das Gerät einsetzen. 
  • Geruchsfilter: Um die beste Leistung zu erzielen, empfehlen wir, den Geruchsfilter alle 3 Monate auszutauschen.

"The filter was constantly falling off and we’ve now discovered that it’s missing so it must have fallen into our last bag of food. The design isn’t good as it fell off pretty much every time we opened the lid! Is it possible to purchase a replacement as it’s useless without it as insects can get in now?"

Filter falls out easily

"Bought this recently to replace an older JJ caddy. Would not recommend as the filter falls out nearly every time I close it. Faulty manufacturing? I have tried wedging it in with a bit of foil, which works for a while but then falls out again. Not happy. 5* looks 1* function."

It’s almost perfect

"I read all the reviews about lid falling off and assumed it was a them issue. Sadly it’s not. Mine also fell off and is somewhere in a rubbish bin. I have sellotaped the filter to the lid but for 50 quid it’s just not good enough. I love everything else about it but would suggest not buying until lid is fixed. Please listen to the reviews!"

Wot's not to like?

"This caddy has revolutionised my kitchen. It's smart enough to be on the worktop right by the chopping board so all waste slips in easily with no spills. Being oblong rather than square helps. The bags are easy to fit & don't leak or break when the caddy is emptied. Having them stored underneath is genius. The filter means no smells, even with fish. I now have space under the sink to organise other kitchen essentials & no old bits of food lying around after misfiring from an awkward position. This is not a cheap option but worth every penny. Pity I had to wait until my 80th year to find it but thank you anyway!!"
