"Quality knives, Japanese steel is so sharp compared to most available in the UK which tend to be a bit dull. Yes, you need to take care of them and clean and sharpen appropriately but it's worth it. When drying them, you get a satisfying 'ting' from the end of the blade given how thin they are. The holder block is very solid and sits well in the drawer or worktop, the quality of design showing in well finished corners and a lovely little plaque. My old knives feel like cudgels compared to these surgical instruments, it's so satisfying slicing through the crustiest of bread without crumbs pinging all over the place as the old workhorse bread knife chews through it, the Joseph Joseph slicing through cleanly like a scalpel"

Bad delivery
"Your product was lovely but the delivery was unsatisfactory, it took 9 days to come & the parcel was in a terrible state. Lack of communication from you. Had it delivered to a shop as didn't want it left outside my front door as it was knives. 3 lots of parking fees as well as kept going to shop & apparently my parcel was there all the time. Thankfully I got it by Christmas as present for my daughter"
