Einzelheiten
Pflege- und Gebrauchshinweise:
- Kopf und Griff: Mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen.
- Mikrofaserpad: maschinenwaschbar, siehe Pflegeetikett.
- Achtung: Befüllen Sie die Flasche nicht mit kochendem Wasser oder Bleichmittel. Die konzentrierte Reinigungslösung muss gemäß den Anweisungen des Herstellers verdünnt werden, um Schäden an dem Mopp oder der Bodenfläche zu vermeiden.
- Wenn Sie den Reiniger verwenden, achten Sie darauf, die Oberfläche des Bodens nicht zu beschädigen. Wir empfehlen, vor der Verwendung an einer unauffälligen Stelle zu testen.
- Seien Sie besonders vorsichtig, wenn Sie helle und Holzböden reinigen.
- Bewahren Sie Wasser oder Reinigungslösung bitte nicht in der Flasche auf, wenn diese nicht in Gebrauch ist.

A great mop with a short lifespan
"I love this mop, it’s perfect for cleaning our wooden floors and exactly what we needed, and when working it’s excellent. However, since first buying it in November 2025, we’ve had to have it replaced twice for the same failure. After around 4 months of use, the trigger on the handle stops returning to its normal position, meaning that the spray doesn’t work effectively anymore. Joseph Joseph have been very responsive, replacing the mop after each failure, but with the same failure on two mops, It seems that the design is fatally flawed. The warranty is only valid from the first purchase date, so I’m resigned to reaching the point where I won’t get a replacement and will have to look for an alternative, which is a real shame."

"Good mop, the water container falls off when mopping hard. Could be designed much better, I've had to use cable ties to hold it on."

"The product is fantastic and even a talking point when people have visited our new kitchen. However, I would be remissed if I didn't mention the fact that the trigger on our model became lodged and as a result jammed and only a puddle of cleaner came out. However, the customer support has been brillaint and offered a replacement item."
