"Really disappointed with this soap dispenser - in significantly less than a year after purchase, it has rusted and the metal has split! I raised issues with this item not long after purchase as it was marking my new sink and customer service essentially told me I wasn’t cleaning my sink/dispenser often enough!! Clearly there has been an an issue with my dispenser from the start but I do not have the energy to reach out to a company who is clearly not interested! After spending many £100’s on items over the years, I will not be buying anything else from JJ!!"

"We’d hoped that such an innovative and trusted brand would have fixed the issue of hand soap dispensers that slowly fill with water - sadly not. It looks great, is easy to fill and use, but slowly fills with water if used with wet hands. Seems hard to clean off marks also. Sadly, the bottom of the product also fell off after about 6 months. We’re now back to looking for the holy grail of soap dispensers."
