"The spout for draining is always coming off. It does leak water at the joint when fully extended. Hard to clean it properly, especially the cutlery holder due to the large prongs stopping you getting your fingers in. Quite a lot of money for something that is far from perfect. I've had it over a year now, so have found all the drawbacks."

Great … But…

"I love this, but it is totally spoilt by the disappointing drainage. This is difficult to clean, detach and reattach and the ‘washer’ that should stop it leaking, is cheap and nasty and has basically stopped doing its job very quickly. I am very disappointed with the company’s response that they are unable to replace this part (I would be quite happy to pay for it). It is not a cheap item and I feel annoyed let down!"
