Not happy! Doesn’t do a proper job.
"Brush is really hard, not very flexible and therefore doesn’t deal with getting rid of ‘skid marks’ - difficult to write politely about cleaning a loo. My husband hates them, luckily I haven’t thrown the others away yet. I will attempt to send back but due to the nature of the product, I suspect this may not be an option. Bad design, such a shame as the bin and loo roll holder I also bought are excellent."

Leaves difficult to remove metal streaks
"I purchased this brush as I liked the streamline and attractive look. The brush head is easy to clean and does the job of cleaning the toilet well HOWEVER the stainless steel rod leaves metal marks around my brand new Villeroy and Bosch white toilet!!! At first I wondered what these grey streaks were. I had to search on line how to remove them from the porcelain. I now have extra work to add to my cleaning . I really do not recommend this product yet I haven’t seen anyone one else commenting on this!"

Looks great but…..
"Aesthetically it looks good and I love the thought of doing away with the traditional poo stick but this doesn’t quite cut the mustard. Not flexible enough and when you get a two day ol skidded left by one of the kids you can’t get the leverage or pressure. Ended up cracking the handle when I gave it a bit too much. Had to get the old trusty bog brush out to finish the job."
