Terrible low quality product - avoid at all costs

"Assembly requires tensioning the legs by turning hex screws in each leg base. These hex screws are plastic not metal, so can easily deform during assembly. Once this happens assembly cannot be completed, and not can the item be disassembled again. At this price point there's no excuse for not making these hex screws metal. Shameful cost saving that leaves me with a broken product that I can't even disassemble for return shipping."

"When it arrived, I was surprised that it needed built. I found that process rather challenging, putting parts together then taking a part because it was not the correct way. I was on the verge of giving up and sending it back. However, continued and got it built in the end. It is lovely but I won’t be building another."
